The first is to
assure you that all precautions in accordance with Government/PHE
/GOsC/Insurers guidelines are being implemented.
The practice will operate differently:
I will be
disinfecting all surfaces after each patient including couch, chairs, door
handles and the floors will be cleaned after each session. Due to the
requirements that the room be ventilated between each patient appointments will
be an hour apart.
There are strict PPE requirements which will involve me wearing scrubs that can be changed after each patient, masks to be worn by both you and me , and gloves may be worn by me. This must also involve frequent handwashing (disposable towels will be available in the cloakroom) and use of sanitiser.
++++The measures I have put in place will reduce the risk of Coronavirus transmission at the practice but will not eliminate it completely. There will always be a risk attending premises where other people have been, so please think carefully about your own risk assessment and let me know as soon as possible if you change your mind once booked.++++
Payment will ideally be contactless or card, although if cash correct money will need to be given.The fee is either £55 for NP or £40 for follow-up. Please inform me if you or anyone in your household develops symptoms within a few days of attendance
